Christine is an expert at assessing an organization’s structure and redesigning project workflows to yield more efficient and profitable results.
In 2004, Christine founded Pearl Production, Inc., a textbook development firm. Her system of communication, quality, and efficiency enables her company to produce 40,000+ pages a year with only a third of the traditional staff typically required. The company’s revenue exceeded $1M in the third year of business. Pearl Production maintains an impeccable reputation in the educational publishing field. Her clients include leading publishers such as Prentice Hall, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Steck-Vaughn, Scott Foresman, and Voyager.
Christine expanded Pearl Production in 2007, by opening a subsidiary office in Coimbatore, India, to address the offshore trends in the publishing business.
In 2012, Christine extended her company’s reach to the corporate market at large and launched Pearl eLearning. This innovative company uses open source Learning Management Systems (LMS) to train employees and provide professional relicensing. Pearl eLearning’s experienced Project Managers communicate with clients through every phase of training development, from analyzing the organization’s needs to design, production, implementation and evaluation.
Christine’s vision for Elearning Delta is to use elearning technology and custom content to make online learning more accessible to companies of all sizes.
